Happy Chinese New Year and happy box day, Phatties!
If you didn't manage to snag a box today (or even if you did), you can still win a "Moses" (the mouse) pattern from Talitha Kuomi and a hank of luxury yarn of your choice from my Etsy store,
Just visit Talitha's Web site and take a look at her stylish and artful patterns. (Many of them are free--and you'll love the beautiful, evocative names she gives them.)
Come back here and comment on your favorite pattern.
One person's name will be drawn by random number generator. Winner will be announced on Wednesday, January 19.
Talitha is on Knitscene's hot list of designers to watch for in 2011. Talitha is very cool and because she created a design using my yarns, I feel very cool by extension :)
Keep the Feet I love this pattern and will come back and purchase it for sure!
ReplyDeleteI adore the Stature pattern and have added it to my must knit list!
ReplyDeleteI have to vote for 'Slink' Kids are right. Snakes do like to match.
ReplyDeleteEEEE! That little crown, Loved, is so super cute!
ReplyDeleteIt was very difficult to choose only one favorite. I had to choose two--"Shines", must find it's way onto my sofa one day and "The Opposite Shore" must find it's way onto my head. I love the cables on "Opposite Shore" and the slounchy looking back.
ReplyDeleteHe's so cute! I have a few that I really, really like and one is going to make me purchase the IK Holiday Knits! I really liked Stature, The Opposite Shore, and Wild Olive. I like a lot of the other patterns, as well. It makes it difficult to choose. Thank you for the opportunity to win Moses.
ReplyDeleteI love the Wild Olive hat and the Eternalism vest. Hard to pick just a favorite. And of course Moses is cute too!
ReplyDeleteLIttle Miriam is super adorable! :)
ReplyDeleteAs a participate in the 'Quench' KAL, it is at the top of my list. There are several others I want to try also. I'm still trying to get a rhythm to 'Wild Olive', but others I've seen are all beautiful. Tal has a great gift for designing!
ReplyDeleteI love Moses, he is just too precious for words. Thank you for putting on this drawing.
ReplyDeleteThe pattern Little Miriam is my favorite, it's hard to find cute patterns for small sizes that are not 'baby' patterns.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Quench.
ReplyDeleteOn a related note, I am in the process of making Ponder for my husband!
I love Shines. My nickname in collage was sunshine and I still decorate with sunshines around the house.
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of Loved. It's such a fun little crown for kids.
ReplyDeleteLine upon Line. This looks like a fun and easy way to make a homemade pillow!! Jill
ReplyDeleteWhat is NOT to like about her patterns? I'm going to buy the Keep the Feet pattern. I love her hats, especially the "tarn" ones.
ReplyDeleteI love the Line upon Line pillow...I will be knitting some of these in several colors depending on what I choose as the colors for my new living room.
ReplyDeleteFabulous giveaway!! My favorite patterns would be, "Moses" and "Quench". They're just so darn cute!!

ReplyDeleteI really like this!! I'm always looking for a new bag pattern
Wow! I'm new to the shop, but I like so many of the patterns. Love the swirl on "How Precious" cloche. "Keep the Feet" is a GREAT idea I've never seen before (but then, I don't get out much haha!). Thanks for the intro to these great patterns!
ReplyDeleteHow cool! I fell in love with Quench--just my type of bag!
ReplyDeleteNice giveaway and thanks for the introduction to Talitha!

I love the Pleasant Places cuff. My teen would totally wear this and what a great alternative use for sock yarn!
ReplyDeleteIt's impossible to pick just one but I especially love Pleasant Places because my 2-year-old likes to wear two pairs of Nana-knit socks at once...one pair on her feet, and the other pair on her hands. This super cute cuff is a very fashionable alternative :)
ReplyDeleteThough I liked them all, I just adore the Wild Olive beret with the lace work!
